We provide a FREE returns process if you're not 100% happy with your purchase. Please see below for an outline of the process and what to do if you want to make a return.
We will refund all or part of your order for any items returned and received by us within 30 days of the date of your order. For goods to be eligible for a refund, they must be unused, be in the condition in which you received them and still with tags on where applicable. Any items deemed by us to have been used or damaged will not be eligible for a refund.
Our returns are managed through our partnership with ClickSit. Please follow the instructions below so we can process your return.
1. Go to https://miljolife.com/a/returns and enter your email and order number.
2. The next screen will display your order details including the products that you ordered. Select the quantity you want to return from the relevant product and click on 'Next Step'.
3. On the next screen, please select the reason for your return. This helps us provide better customer service to you by identifying common problems.
4. On the next screen, please choose a refund method. Your two options are an exchange or a refund. There is a space for additional notes if you wish to feedback anything specific. Click Submit.
5. We will be notified of your request and will approve it our end. You will then receive two emails - one from us notifying you of the approval and another from Collect+.
6. When you have received an email from Collect+, please download your unique returns code, take your parcel to any Collect+ outlet, show your code to the store employee and hand your parcel over. When your item is scanned you will receive a tracking code which will keep you updated on the progress of your return.
7. When we receive your parcel, you will be sent an email to let you know. We will then process your refund/exchange if the criteria has been met and you will be notified of this with an email confirmation.
